Cron polling
The webhook alternative: instead of Linear pushing changes to orkest, orkest periodically
polls Linear for matching issues. Turn this on when orkest can't accept inbound webhook
requests (no public URL, firewalled). It reuses the auto-pick triggers above.

Off by default — the webhook stays the primary path. Auto-pick must also be on for the poll to act.
